In 2016, Terry became a director in the company where he continues to apply his thorough approach to all aspects of the business.

James started with Auscool in 2014 as a chief estimator before becoming a director in 2016. He retains a strong technical knowledge developed over his years as a mechanical plumber and site foreman on large scale projects. He was promoted to the position of project manager in 2017 after completing a 2 year project management course. Dean brings great interpersonal skills and a wealth of industry knowledge to his role.

Beginning his working life as a refrigeration mechanic, Liam became project manager of Cool Change in 2016. His expertise in both project management and estimating is invaluable. With extensive technical knowledge and exceptional organisational skills, Liam now performs the dual roles of project managing for Auscool and managing the Cool Change business.

Michael Bottomley

Worked as a Mechanical plumber for 12 years when he decided to make the switch to estimating. Mick has worked as a chief estimator at various tier 1 and 2 companies for over 20 years in estimating where he made a long awaited return to Auscool early in 2018. Mick's experience in large scale tenders including commercial retail such as Shopping Centres combined with a friendly attitude makes him one of the most sought after estimators in the industry.

Trained as a Mechanical draftsman Jackson decided to make the move to estimating to get more hands on involvement with projects and clients. Jackson has now been estimating for a number of years and understands the true value of the importance of client relationships and will always go the extra mile to assist our clients and their needs.

After graduating from Monash University in 2011, Jenny began her career working with air conditioning manufacturers, gaining experience in specialist areas like computer room cooling. She joined Auscool in 2017 lending her expertise to design and construct projects.
