Anish is a certified BIM professional with 15 years of extensive experience in drafting of MEP services. He leads the BIM team and oversees coordination with supporting personnel. Anish is responsible for setting up and guiding his team at Auscool, which includes both local and international staff. He is adept at managing complex BIM projects from design development through to 3D coordination, manufacturing, construction, and asbuilt documentation. Initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Karl quickly progressed to Project Management where he puts his early training to use ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

Jack Ray - Project Manager

Jack has been working in the building and construction industry for over 15 years, he started his apprenticeship as a plumber in 2007 with Auscool Airconditioning and Mechanical Services. Throughout this time, he gained experience working with and learning from different colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, learning the fundamentals of day-to-day construction, safety and logistics. Jack then progressed to a Leading Hand position within the company and expanded on his knowledge while building valuable team leadership skills managing and overseeing a small team. After tasking a short break to pursue other option outside of Auscool, Jack returned to Auscool after being offered a position as a Site Manager where he has worked on several projects including recently successfully completing the 'ASPIRE' project a 65-story tower. In 2023 Auscool recognized Jack's management ability and offered him the opportunity to become a project manager which Jack accepted and commenced in his new role at the start of 2024.

While working, he completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and gained a diverse skill set, including drafting, estimation, engineering design, commissioning, and project administration for residential and small commercial projects. He progressed from site manager to project manager, overseeing HVAC installations in commercial buildings like university facilities, healthcare centers, and office spaces. Now in Australia, Charles is bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the Auscool team.

With a master's degree in Technological Operations and over 40 years of experience, he specializes in Proposal/Pre-bid Engineering and Estimation for large industrial and commercial projects. Previously, Ujjal spent more than 22 years with Panasonic New Zealand's Climate Control and Project Division, where he was instrumental in delivering significant HVAC projects across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and data centres. At Auscool, he now plays a key role in tendering activities and supports James in securing projects to drive the businesses growth.
