A refrigeration mechanic by trade, Andrew has been at the helm of Auscool since it began and has built a successful company by prioritising excellent workmanship along with customer service and satisfaction. With over 20 years experience, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion to the varying challenges of the HVAC industry.
Terence began his career at Auscool in 2013 as a draftsman before becoming a project manager where his aptitude for procuring materials and meticulous management style were ideally suited. In 2016, Terry became a director in the company where he continues to apply his thorough approach to all aspects of the business.
James started with Auscool in 2014 as a chief estimator before becoming a director in 2016. He retains a strong technical knowledge developed over his years as a mechanical plumber and site foreman on large scale projects. This coupled with James' proficiency with numbers enables the delivery of projects on time and on budget.
Beginning his working life as a refrigeration mechanic, Liam become Project Manager of Auscool in 2016, during this time his expertise in project management and estimating was invaluable. He has more recently, been promoted into a hybrid role where he will be managing our design team as well as overlooking and managing all things EHSQ. With his extensive technical, safety, Environmental, Health & Quality knowledge and exceptional organisational skills, Liam will bring so much to his new role.
Jason has recently joined the team at Auscool. He has worked as a Mechanical Services Draftsman for 17 years and for the past 15 years he has also been working as a Project Manager. Jason has vast experience in commercial, hospital & educational projects with extensive experience in all facets of HVAC mechanical services.
Clay started out as a Draftsman in 2010, after gaining experience as some of Melbourne's largest Mechanical companies Clay decided to move into Project Management. With his drafting background and attention to detail he has fast become a very valuable member of the Auscool team and an asset to any project.
Tim has over 10 years' experience working as a mechanical draftsman in the construction industry. Over the years, Tim has had a diverse range of experience in numerous projects such as domestic, retail, hospitals, shopping centres and commercial office buildings. He has also been involved in BIM Coordination and Prefabrication Modules throughout his time.
With over 30 years in HAVAC and 25 years as a project manager Peter has worked on many of Melbourne's largest projects.With experience in Hospitals, commercial offices, Apartment towers, laboratories, Airports and Shopping centres.Peter has a wealth of knowledge and experience of all aspects required to deliver a successful project from planning to completion.
Mark joined the Auscool team in 2022, he is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Mechanical Services Contracting industry. Mark has overseen the successful completion of many projects including Commercial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Bio-services, Residential and Educational. Mark extensive experience enables him to assist the Auscool team across many parts of the business including estimation, design, construction, and commissioning. His knowledge helps to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, ensuring compliance, and achieving cost effective outcomes for our clients throughout the construction process.
With a career spanning over 20 years in the HVAC industry, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Auscool team. This experience gained from the successful completion of projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, education, commercial and large residential sectors. Initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Karl quickly progressed to Project Management where he puts his early training to use ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
Jack has been working in the building and construction industry for over 15 years, he started his apprenticeship as a plumber in 2007 with Auscool Airconditioning and Mechanical Services. Throughout this time, he gained experience working with and learning from different colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, learning the fundamentals of day-to-day construction, safety and logistics. Jack then progressed to a Leading Hand position within the company and expanded on his knowledge while building valuable team leadership skills managing and overseeing a small team. After tasking a short break to pursue other option outside of Auscool, Jack returned to Auscool after being offered a position as a Site Manager where he has worked on several projects including recently successfully completing the 'ASPIRE' project a 65-story tower. In 2023 Auscool recognized Jack's management ability and offered him the opportunity to become a project manager which Jack accepted and commenced in his new role at the start of 2024.
